1
Assessment / Diagnosis
Every visit begins with a thorough assessment to understand what your body is telling us. Our chiropractor takes the time to listen to your concerns, review your health history, and perform a detailed physical examination. Where necessary, relevant imaging such as X-rays may also be analysed to get a clearer picture of your spinal health. The goal is to identify the root cause of your discomfort, not just the symptoms on the surface.
2
Chiropractic care
Chiropractic care is then tailored specifically to your needs, using precise, gentle adjustments to restore proper alignment and movement to the spine and joints. To support soft tissue recovery and speed up the healing process, the clinic also offers physical modalities including therapeutic ultrasound, low level cold laser, shockwave therapy and spinal decompression. Each session is adapted to your comfort level and progresses at a pace that works for you.
3
Recovery Plan / Prevention
Getting better is only part of the journey. A recovery and prevention plan is built around your progress, extending support beyond the clinic through guidance on posture, movement, and lifestyle habits that reduce the risk of recurring issues. The focus is on empowering you with the knowledge and tools to maintain your health long term. Because the best outcome is one where you feel confident managing your own wellbeing.
